Good Corporate Governance

The Company monitors its governance structure, making adjustments to meet both regulatory changes and stakeholders needs. A well function governance structure, from top to bottom, will help ensure that growth leads to expanded value for all stakeholders.

Meeting the expectations of all stakeholders, MPPA has established and applied the systems of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Policies and procedures are developed to ensure that customers, shareholders, employees, and others have their interests protected and the Company, as a whole, strengthening throughout its operations.

GCG systems also established in order to meet the requirements set by the law and regulation, specifically the Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). In addition, the Company is guided in GCG by the National Committee on Governance Policy, which has detailed the five GCG principles to underpin the Company's approach to GCG implementation. These principles are: Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency and Fairness & Equality.
