Indonesian citizen. He joined the Company in January 2002, becoming President Director in 2002. Prior to joining the Company, he held the position of CEO of PT Bukit Sentul Tbk (1997-2001). He started his professional career in Citibank N.A., Jakarta (1989-1997) with his last position being Vice President – Risk Management Treasury Head. Currently, he also serves as President Director of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk and member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of PT Multipolar Tbk. He is an MBA graduate from Oklahoma University, USA.

Australian citizen. He previously joined the Company in late 2003, as CEO of Matahari Food Business and had the prominent role at the inception of the development of Hypermart format during his tenure. In 2014, rejoined the Company as the Director to transform MPPA to be the No.1 hypermarket player in Indonesia. He started his career at Coles Supermarket Australia, leaving the company as Group General Manager of Marketing & Merchandising before assuming several key positions in HERO Supermarkets, Tops Retail Malaysia and Bubugao Supermarkets China. He completed a number of Advanced Retail courses in University of Southern California, USA, and Macquarie University, Australia, and MBA from University of Auckland, NZ. Received Honorary Doctor of Business from Revan University of Oxford, UK in 2009.

Indonesian citizen. Joined the Company in March 2002, becoming President of Matahari Food Business in 2009. Previously, he served as Director of Merchandising & Marketing of Matahari Food Business Division (2002-2009). His professional career started as Auditor at SGV & Co Public Accountant Office in Philippines and held several positions in finance in the hotel industry from 1977-1986. He also assumed key positions in several business groups in Indonesia prior to joining the Company. He is a graduate of University of Santo Thomas, Philippines.

Indonesian citizen. Joined the Company in 2001, becoming a Director in 2001. Her career started as Senior Auditor at Prasetio Utomo & Co. (1979-1984) and joined Lippo Group in 1985. She assumed several key positions in Lippo Group including Assistant Vice President Lippo Group (1985-1986); Director PT Lippo Pacific Finance and PT Lippo Merchants Finance (1989-1993) as well as PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (1993-1998). Her last position was President Director of PT Lippo Securities Tbk (1998-1999). Currently, she also serves as Director of PT Multipolar Tbk. She is a School of Economy graduate from Trisakti University, Jakarta and Master of Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.

Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Country Human Resources Officer in Citibank N.A. with more than 24 years of experience. Currently, he also serves as member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk and PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk. He graduated with an MBA from San Diego State University, USA.
Indonesian citizen. She joined the Company as a Director in April 2016. She started her career in PT Bank Lippo Tbk from 1985 to 1987 as an Internal Auditor. Between 1988 to 1999 she was the Corporate Secretary of PT Pacific Utama Tbk, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk and Lippo Securities Tbk. From 2000 until 2008, she served as Corporate Secretary of PT Bank Lippo Tbk. She represented PT Bank Lippo Tbk as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Ciptadana Assets Management from 2001 until November 2005. In the end of 2008, she returned to Lippo Group to serve as Legal Director and Corporate Secretary. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematical Statistics from Monash University, Australia.
